How does an electric air conditioner compressor work?
A
electric compressor is a driven fluid machine that elevates low-pressure gas to high-pressure gas and is the main component of a
refrigeration system. It inhales low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas from the suction pipe, drives the piston to compress it through the operation of the motor, and discharges high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas to the exhaust pipe to provide power for the refrigeration cycle.
Cooling/condensation of the hot air is achieved by using a fan to draw ambient air into the condensing coil, which leaves as hot air.
What are the 5 types of compressors?
There are five major types of compressors used in the
refrigeration and air-conditioning industry:
reciprocating,
screw,
rotary,
scroll, and
centrifugal, among which reciprocating is the most widely used compressor in small and medium-sized commercial refrigeration systems. Screw compressors are primarily used in large commercial and industrial systems. Rotary compressors and scroll compressors are mainly used in household and small-capacity commercial air-conditioning installations, while centrifugal compressors are widely used in air-conditioning systems in large buildings.
Guchen 24v electric air conditioner compressor uses scroll type, which is very suitable for
truck cab air conditioner,
tractor cab air conditioner,
RV air conditioner, and
van air conditioner, and can exert its maximum effect.
Guchen electric compressor adopts PWM speed regulation technology
The compressor adopts PWM speed regulation to improve the speed regulation accuracy, reduce the volume and weight of the compressor, and more flexible programming.
What is PWM speed regulation?
Pulse WidthModulator is called PWM for short. Because of its special performance, it is often used in DC load circuits, dimming lamps, or DC motor speed control. It is a motor speed controller made using the principle of pulse width modulation (PWM). PWM speed controllers have been widely used in industrial DC motor speed control, industrial conveyor belt speed control, lighting adjustment, DC fans, etc.
PWM stands for Pulse Width Modulation and refers to a method used to digitally control the amount of power delivered to a device or system. It involves turning the power supply on and off rapidly while varying the duration of each "on" cycle to achieve the desired output level. The ratio of on-time to off-time determines the average voltage applied and thus the final power delivered to the load. Compared to traditional analog control systems where the output voltage varies continuously, PWM offers higher accuracy, smaller size and weight requirements, and greater programming flexibility.

Precautions for using 24v electric compressor
▶ Do not bump or drop the compressor during transportation and installation, otherwise, the compressor may be damaged.
▶ The power supply can only be turned on after confirming that the line connection is correct (especially the positive and negative poles of the main power input line cannot be reversed), otherwise, the compressor may be damaged.
▶ After the compressor stops normally, it is recommended to wait for 2 minutes before starting the compressor to avoid an over-current shutdown of the compressor due to excessive pressure difference of the air-conditioning system. Multiple over-currents will shorten the life of the compressor.
▶ When the internal motor of the compressor is in a vacuum state, do not start operation or electrical inspection, otherwise, the compressor may be damaged.
▶ Only professionals can repair and maintain this product.
▶ Do not disassemble the product by yourself, otherwise, the warranty will be void.
